The position involves working on a distributed, real-time, 24/7 system with interesting performance and security requirements. The primary function will be developing CI/CD solutions and pipelines for code and infrastructure. You will also be responsible for maintaining CI/CD tooling and infrastructure and supporting the rest of the organization. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining CI/CD solutions, pipelines and tooling to improve the experience in the SDLC.</p> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>A Systems Thinker:</strong> You have a solid Linux background and a passion for automating processes and advocating for CI/CD best practices.</li> <li><strong>Automation-First:</strong> You prefer to do things programmatically using Configuration Management and Infrastructure as Code tools (preferably Puppet, Ansible, or Terraform).</li> <li><strong>Collaborative & Adaptable:</strong> You are a true team player who thrives on feedback, enjoys working with a global workforce, and can systematically diagnose problems in dynamic environments.</li> <li><strong>Strong Communicator:</strong> You can clearly explain technical concepts to both engineering peers and internal stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Requirements</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Strong experience with Linux system administration, bash scripting, and core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, load balancing).</li> <li>Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or Go preferred).</li> <li>Familiarity with Git and modern version control workflows.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with containerization, artifact storage (Nexus, Harbor, JFrog), and orchestration stacks (Kubernetes, HashiCorp).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience building and maintaining <strong>Jenkins</strong> or <strong>GitLab</strong> pipelines.</li> <li>Deep understanding of Linux kernel primitives (Namespaces, cgroups), network security protocols, or distributed file systems.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments </strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Our unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives.
