Our Enterprise Account Managers are empowered to own the customer relationship and provide best-in-class service. Lead client meetings and executive discussions in both English and Mandarin. Position Adyen as a trusted partner and use data to tell compelling stories that resonate across diverse markets.</li> <li data-start="1899" data-end="2064"><strong data-start="1899" data-end="1922">Project management:</strong><br data-start="1922" data-end="1925">Prioritize and execute short- and long-term initiatives across multiple enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment across global stakeholders.</li> <li data-start="2066" data-end="2218"><strong data-start="2066" data-end="2079">Feedback:</strong><br data-start="2079" data-end="2082">Be the voice and champion for your customers internally, serving as a critical feedback loop between clients and cross-functional teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Enjoy engaging others and developing strong working relationships at all levels of management</li> <li>Passionate about leading strategic payments conversations, presenting business reviews, and coordinating high level technical discussions</li> <li>Skilled in leveraging your business acumen and analytical abilities to strategically assess and help reach client goals</li> <li>Comfortable synthesizing complex data sets and using data to tell a story&nbsp;</li> <li>Excited to prioritize and manage multiple projects across different departments, while motivating and collaborating with others to achieve results</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You have 5+ years of experience in a client-facing, commercial role—such as account management, consulting, or working in the payments industry from a merchant perspective—with a strong background in complex <strong>enterprise</strong> software, technical infrastructure, or financial services.</li> <li>This role manages a portfolio of Mandarin-speaking clients across domestic and international markets. <strong data-start="598" data-end="667">Professional fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required</strong> to conduct business discussions, executive communications, and strategic account planning.</li> <li>This role is based out of our New York office.
