We are looking for a skilled <strong>Infrastructure Developer</strong> to build the core of this platform. In this role, you will write the code that abstracts away the complexities of hybrid environments, creating a powerful, API-driven experience for our customers. If you are passionate about building infrastructure as a product and love solving complex problems with clean, elegant code, this is the role for you.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Build the Unified Platform:</strong> Design, develop and integrate the core services, APIs, and automation that power our internal cloud platform.</li> <li><strong>Abstract Hybrid Complexity:</strong> Create a seamless experience by engineering solutions that bridge our public cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and on-premises infrastructure, making them function as a single, cohesive environment for the user.</li> <li><strong>Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC):</strong> Use tools like Terraform or Pulumi to declaratively manage the underlying resources that our platform provisions and consumes.</li> <li><strong>Deliver with CI/CD:</strong> Build and maintain sophisticated CI/CD pipelines to ensure the rapid, reliable, and safe deployment of the platform itself.</li> <li><strong>Focus on the Customer:</strong> Collaborate with other engineering teams to understand customer needs and translate them into robust, scalable, and self-service platform features.</li> <li><strong>Ensure Platform Reliability:</strong> Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the stack to guarantee the high availability and performance our customers depend on. You will also participate in a blameless on-call rotation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p> <h4><strong>Must-Haves:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Strong proficiency in a modern language (Go or Python) for building APIs, services, and automation. Your ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code is essential.</li> <li>Proven experience building and maintaining distributed systems.</li> <li>A strong understanding of API design principles (e.g., REST, gRPC).</li> <li>Familiarity with authentication and authorization frameworks and standards.</li> <li>Solid experience in a role focused on building infrastructure platforms, such as DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.</li> <li>Experience on designing and building E2E systems. </li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>on-premises environments</strong>, including virtualization, networking concepts, and server hardware.</li> <li>Proven experience with <strong>Infrastructure as Code (IaC)</strong> tools like Terraform or Pulumi.</li> <li>Expertise with containerization and orchestration technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.</li> <li>A security-first mindset when building systems.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Nice-to-Haves:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Experience with monitoring and observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).</li> <li>Familiarity with building and managing CI/CD systems like GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.</li> <li>Deep understanding of at least one major <strong>cloud provider</strong> (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), including its core APIs and services.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments </strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Our unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives.
