It’s a global collector economy powered by hype, scarcity, nostalgia, and community obsession. Pokémon drops. Graded grails. Sports legends. Rare exclusives.</p> <p>We’re looking for a commercially sharp, high-energy Category Manager who understands consumer goods markets and knows how to scale fast-growing businesses. Someone who brings structure to fast growth, builds strong teams, and turns momentum into revenue.</p> <p>You won’t just “manage” this category. You’ll build, scale and own it.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Own</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Define and execute the growth strategy for Trading Cards</li> <li>Own the P&L and drive revenue and margin with clear commercial decisions</li> <li>Turn data into action across pricing, supply, marketing, and performance</li> <li>Anticipate hype cycles, demand shifts, and market trends before they peak</li> <li>Build structure in a fast-scaling environment</li> <li>Lead and develop a high-performing team of Trading Card Experts</li> <li>Create clarity, accountability, and ambition within your team</li> <li>Strengthen and scale the seller pipeline with Sales</li> <li>Build relationships with top sellers and high-intent buyers</li> <li>Test fast, learn fast, scale what works</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience in consumer goods markets with a strong grasp of market dynamics</li> <li>Proven experience managing and developing direct reports</li> <li>Relentless commercial drive and entrepreneurial energy</li> <li>The ability to create structure while scaling fast</li> <li>Confidence influencing cross-functional stakeholders</li> <li>Strong analytical instincts — you make decisions backed by data</li> <li>Comfort operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment</li> <li>Curiosity for trading cards or collector culture is a plus</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why This Role</strong></h3> <p>This is a category with massive growth potential and a global, passionate community.
