The exact research questions will evolve as our product and customer priorities develop.</p> <p>You will work closely with UX Research, Product, Design, Engineering and Data teams, helping turn customer behaviour, motivations and pain points into insights that influence real product decisions.</p> <p>This is a hands on internship. You will learn by doing, contributing across the research process from defining questions and choosing methods through recruitment, facilitation, analysis and communication of findings.</p> <h3><strong>What you will do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Support qualitative and quantitative research across the buyer journey</li> <li>Plan and conduct interviews, usability tests, surveys and other research studies</li> <li>Help define research questions and select the right methods to answer them</li> <li>Support participant recruitment, research materials and session facilitation</li> <li>Analyse findings and translate them into clear insights and recommendations</li> <li>Work closely with Product and Design teams to ensure research informs product decisions</li> <li>Partner with external research providers when needed</li> <li>Organise and synthesise existing research so teams can more easily reuse previous insights</li> <li>Help make customer insights visible and accessible across the organisation</li> <li>Develop practical experience combining qualitative research with behavioural and quantitative data</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Who you are</strong></h3> <p>Three qualities matter most in this internship.</p> <h4><strong>Curiosity about people</strong></h4> <p>You want to understand why people behave the way they do and are interested in uncovering the motivations behind what customers say and do.</p> <h4><strong>Research mindset</strong></h4> <p>You approach questions systematically, care about evidence and are interested in learning how different research methods can be used to make better product decisions.</p> <h4><strong>Clear communication</strong></h4> <p>You can listen carefully, identify the important themes and communicate findings in a way that others can understand and act on.</p> <p>You will also bring:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Enrollment at a Dutch university throughout the full internship period</strong></li> <li><strong>Availability for a full time six month internship starting in September or October 2026</strong></li> <li>A strong interest in user experience and customer research</li> <li>Some experience with qualitative or quantitative research through university, a thesis, previous work or another relevant project</li> <li>An interest in methods such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, diary studies and desk research</li> <li>Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, behavioural science, human computer interaction, industrial design or a related field</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Where you will be</strong></h3> <p>This internship is based in Amsterdam.</p> <h3><strong>Why you will enjoy working with us</strong></h3> <h4><strong>Visible impact</strong></h4> <p>Work on real customer problems and see how research influences product decisions used by millions of customers.</p> <h4><strong>Learning and growth</strong></h4> <p>Build practical UX Research experience by working directly with experienced researchers, designers, product managers and data specialists.</p> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="text text-align-left "> <h3><strong>Why You'll Love Working with Us</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Create a visible impact </strong>by working at scale in a global organisation serving millions of customers across 80+ categories.
